Terms of use
The short version: this is a free, non-commercial fan site; you can read it, and if you sign in you can vote; there is nowhere to post text and that is on purpose; be reasonable; and if something should not be here, say so and it will go.
Not affiliated with anybody
quaid.media is an independent project by a listener. It is not made, endorsed, reviewed, sponsored or licensed by The Lonely Island, Seth Meyers, Acast, Saturday Night Live, NBCUniversal, or anybody involved in producing the podcast.
Podcast audio, sketches, video, artwork and trade marks belong to their owners and appear here for commentary and cataloguing. Video is embedded from its official source and audio is played from the podcast's own feed. Nothing is re-hosted.
Non-commercial
There is no advertising, sponsorship, donation button, merchandise or paid tier -- now or later. Running costs come out of one person's pocket, which is also why the site is deliberately small.
Participation
There is no comment box, no review field and no free-text submission anywhere on this site, by design. Everything you contribute is a choice from a fixed set of options, or a timestamp. That is what makes a community feature possible without a moderation queue.
Votes and submissions may be removed or discounted without notice — for example when one account is used to vote in bulk. There is no appeal process; there is an email address.
One account per person. Signing in happens at a third-party provider, so this site never sees or stores a password.
Reasonable use
Read the site, link to it, quote it. Do not scrape it faster than a person could browse it, do not try to break it or to reach the admin area, and do not use it to harass anybody. Access can be blocked if you do.
Corrections and takedowns
If something here is inaccurate, or you hold the rights to something on this site and would rather it were not here, it will be fixed or removed quickly — a rights holder's request is honoured without argument. Write to [email protected]
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is accurate, complete or available. Timestamps are produced partly by machine and are wrong in small ways more often than anybody would like; do not rely on anything here for anything that matters.
These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new terms apply.
